Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
  1. Pumpkin pie filling 1- 15 oz can
  2. Brown sugar 2 cups
  3. Eggs 3 ea
  4. Orange juice 1/2 cup
  5. Vegetable oil 3/4 cup
  6. Flour, A.P. 3 cups
  7. Allspice 1-1/2 tsp
  8. Cinnamon 1-1/2 tsp
  9. Baking soda 1-1/2 tsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Combine the first five ingredients, mix well.
  2. Combine dry ingredients, add to pumpkin mixture. Mix only until well blended.
  3. Bake at 350°F. Mini muffins- 12 minutes, Regular muffins - 20 minutes, Small loaves - 24 minutes or firm.
