Ingredients
- Pumpkin pie filling 1- 15 oz can
- Brown sugar 2 cups
- Eggs 3 ea
- Orange juice 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil 3/4 cup
- Flour, A.P. 3 cups
- Allspice 1-1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon 1-1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Instructions
- Combine the first five ingredients, mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients, add to pumpkin mixture. Mix only until well blended.
- Bake at 350°F. Mini muffins- 12 minutes, Regular muffins - 20 minutes, Small loaves - 24 minutes or firm.
