Polynesian Ham
This is in the style of a sweet & sour ham!

Ingredients
  1. ham, cubed 2 cups
  2. chunk pineapple, drained and save juices 1 can
  3. bell pepper, diced 1 small
  4. shortening 3 Tbsp.
Sauce
  1. brown sugar 1 cup
  2. soy sauce 2 Tbsp.
  3. cornstarch 2 Tbsp.
  4. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
  5. vinegar 1/3 cup
  6. juice from pineapple
  7. water 1/2 cu
Instructions
  1. Sauté ham in shortening until slightly brown, add drained pineapple and bell pepper. Sauté all together for about 10 min. Mix the brown sugar and corn starch together, add vinegar, pineapple juice, water, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add to the ham mixture and simmer for about 30
  3. minutes. Serve over rice.
