Peanut Butter Marinated Chicken Breast

Ingredients
  1. MARINADE/SAUCE
  2. 1/4 CUP SMOOTH PEANUT BUTTER
  3. 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  4. 1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  5. 2 TBSP HOT SAUCE
  6. CHICKEN
  7. 2 EA BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
  8. AS NEEDED LEMON PEPPER
  9. AS NEEDED GARLIC GRANULATED
Instructions
  1. MARINADE
  2. BLEND TOGETHER. DIVIDE IN HALF, REFRIGERATE ONE HALF FOR A DIPPING SAUCE.
  3. CHICKEN
  4. SPRINKLE LEMON PEPPER AND GARLIC ON CHICKEN BREAST, PLACE IN A ZIPLOCK OR SMALL DISH WITH LID. POUR THE MARINADE OVER THE CHICKEN, REFRIGERATE FROM 2 HOURS TO 24 HOURS.
  5. BROIL, PAN FRY OR GRILL. WHEN THE CHICKEN IS DONE MICROWAVE, THE REFRIGERATED HALF OF MARINADE FOR 30 SECONDS.
Notes
  1. DO NOT USE THE MARINADE THAT WAS ON THE CHICKEN OVER AGAIN OR AS A DIPPING SAUCE. THIS MARINADE CONTAINS RAW CHICKEN BLOOD AND COULD MAKE SOMEONE SICK.
