Who doesn't love freshly made pancakes !
  1. Flour, A. P., sifted 1-1/4 cup
  2. Baking powder 1 Tbsp.
  3. Sugar, granulated 1 Tbsp.
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp.
  5. Egg, beaten 1 each
  6. Milk, fresh 1 cup
  7. Butter, melted or salad oil 2 Tbsp.
  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  2. Combine egg, milk and melted butter or salad oil; add to flour mixture, stir until ingredients are moistened. let stand 5 minutes, stir and cook on griddle. Batter may be lumpy, that's okay.
  1. add blueberries, bananas, pineapple tidbits, pecans, etc.
