Lemon Mustard Sauce (for fish)
This simple butter-mustard sauce has a lot of flavor!
- Butter 4 Tbsp
- Parsley, fresh, finely chopped 2 Tbsp
- Green onion, finely chopped 2 Tbsp
- Dijon or brown mustard 2 tsp
- Lemon, zest 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice, fresh 1 lemon
- Melt butter in a small saucepan, add parsley and spring onions and cook gently until soft. Add mustard, lemon zest and juice simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
