Honey Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
You can make this dough ahead of time and cook when you need them!

Ingredients
  1. 2 1/12 CUPS FLOUR
  2. 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  3. 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
  4. 1/2 TSP SALT
  5. 1 TSP CINNAMON
  6. 1 CUP SHORTENING
  7. 1 1/4 CUP HONEY
  8. 2 LG EGGS BEATEN
  9. 1 OZ CHOCOLATE MELTED
  10. 1 1/2 CUPS ROLLED OATS
  11. 1 CUP NUTS OR COCONUT
Instructions
  1. CREAM SHORTENING AND HONEY. ADD BEATEN EGGS, MELTED CHOCOLATE. MIX WELL. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL. STIR IN ROLLED OATS, NUTS OR COCONUT.
  2. DROP BY SPOONFULS ONTO A GREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
