Honey Caramel Sauce
Try this sauce on ice cream , pancakes or warm cinnamon buns.
  1. Honey 1 cup
  2. Evaporated skim milk 1 cup
  3. Butter 1/2 cup
  1. Combine honey, milk and butter in medium saucepan; mix well. Cook and stir until mixture comes to boil.
  2. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes longer or until mixture thickens and turns to a caramel color.
  3. Pour into sterilized gift jars. Keep refrigerated.
