Homemade Whipped Cream
Store bought whipped creams don't hold a candle to real whipped cream.
- Heavy cream 2 cups
- Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
- Whip the have cream with an electric mixer, until a soft peak.
- While mixing, add the powdered sugar a little at a time.
- Beat to a stiff peak. ( Do not over beat)
