Herb Rub Flank Steak
The flank steak is one of my favorite cuts of meat.

Ingredients
  1. Flank Steak 2-3 lbs
  2. RUB
  3. Granulated Garlic 1 tsp
  4. Paprika 1 tsp
  5. Chili powder 1 tsp
  6. Oregano leaves, dry ½ tsp
  7. Salt & pepper 1 tsp each
  8. MARINADE
  9. Garlic cloves, course chopped 2 cloves
  10. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp
  11. Kikkoman soy sauce 1/4 cup
  12. Italian dressing 1/4 cup
  13. Brown sugar 2 Tbsp
  14. Onion, course chopped (optional) ¼ cup
Instructions
  1. Combine rub and marinade in two separate bowls.
  2. Rub both sides of the flank steak with the rub.
  3. Place steak in a ziplock or glass baking dish. Pour marinade over meat; coat both sides.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours, but no longer that 24 hours.
  5. Grill over medium coals or gas grill at 375° - 400° for 16-18 minutes for medium, 12-15 minutes for medium raw. Use your own judgment at the grill since they vary so much.
  6. Slice cross the grain for a tender cut.
