Ingredients
  1. CHICKEN
  2. 6 EA CHICKEN BREASTS
  3. FRYING METHOD
  4. 1 QT COOKING OIL
  5. 3 CUPS FLOUR
  6. 1 TSP SALT
  7. 1 TSP PEPPER
  8. 1 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  9. OVEN METHOD
  10. 1 CUP FLOUR
  11. 1/4 TSP SALT
  12. 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  13. 1/4 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  14. 3 LG EGGS
  15. 1 CUP MILK
  16. 2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS
  17. 1/4 TSP SALT
  18. 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  19. 1/4 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  20. 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
  21. AS NEEDED COOKING SPRAY
  22. SAUCE
  23. 6 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
  24. 3 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  25. 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  26. 1.4 CUP KETCHUP
  27. 2 TBSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER
  28. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  29. 1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE
  30. 1/2 CUP WATER
  31. 2 TBSP CORNSTARCH
  32. VEGETABLES
  33. 1/2 SMALL GREEN PEPPER MEDIUM DICED
  34. 1/2 SMALL ONION MEDIUM DICED
  35. 1 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL
Instructions
  1. CHICKEN
  2. CUT CHICKEN INTO 1-1/2 INCH PIECES.
  3. A - FRYING METHOD
  4. A. MIX FLOUR WITH SALT PEPPER AND GARLIC. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR, FRY 3-4 MINUTES UNTIL DONE.
  5. B - OVEN METHOD
  6. B - (BOWL #1 ) COMBINE FLOUR , SALT, GARLIC AND PEPPER. ( BOWL # 2 ) MIX EGGS AND MILK, BEAT WELL ( BOWL # 3 ) COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, SALT, PEPPER, PAPRIKA, AND GARLIC.
  7. B - DREDGE THE CHICKEN IN FLOUR (SHAKE OFF EXCESS FLOUR), THEN EGG WASH, THEN IN SEASONED CRUMBS, (SHAKE OFF EXCESS CRUMBS).
  8. B - PLACE BREADED CHICKEN ON BAKING SHEET, SPAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 350F
  9. SAUCE
  10. COMBINE PINEAPPLE JUICE SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, KETCHUP, SESAME SEEDS, AND PEPPER, LET SIMMER 15 MINUTES.
  11. MIX CORNSTARCH WITH WATER, ADD TO SAUCE, STIR WELL, SIMMER 5 MINUTES.
  12. VEGETABLES
  13. SAUTE PEPPERS AND ONIONS IN VEGETABLE OIL UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED ON EDGES.
  14. FINAL STEP
  15. POUR SAUCE, PEPPERS & ONIONS OVER COOKED CHICKEN, STIR SLIGHTLY TO COAT. ENJOY!!!!
