Fresh salsa
I love a good salsa!!
  1. Cilantro, finely chopped 1/4 bunch
  2. Onion, small, diced 1/2 ea
  3. Roma tomatoes, small diced 4 ea
  4. Jalapeno pepper, small diced 1 ea
  5. Fresh lime, juice 1 each
  6. Salt To taste
  1. Combine all ingredient, mix well, salt to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use. Best if used in a couple of days.
