Fresh Blueberry Pie
I love a blueberry pie!
  1. Granulated sugar 1 cup
  2. Flour A.P. 1/4 cup
  3. Salt 1/4 tsp
  4. Cinnamon, ground 1/2 tsp
  5. Fresh lemon rind, grated 1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice, fresh 1 Tbsp
  7. Blueberries, fresh, washed 3 cups
  8. Pie crust, 9 inch, double crust 2 crust
  9. (One crust for the bottom, one crust for the top)
  10. Butter, stick 2 Tbsp
  11. Butter, melted 2 Tbsp
  1. Combine the above ingredients; mix well. Pour into bottom pie crust; cut stick butter in pieces and place on top of berries.
  2. Place top crust on pie; pinch edges.
  3. Brush top of pie with melted butter; cut slits in top of crust.
  4. Bake at 425F for 30 35 minutes or until golden brown.
