Creamed Beef
Great over fresh biscuits.
  1. Ground beef, raw 3/4 lbs
  2. Flour. AP 4 tsp
  3. Beef base 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  6. Milk, fresh 3 cups
  1. Cook beef in it's own fat until beef loses it's pink color; stirring to break apart.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Combine flour, beef base, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over cooked beef. Mix thoroughly; cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add milk to beef mixture.
  5. Let simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
