- 4 EA BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
- 4 OZ HAM FINELY SHAVED
- 4 SLICES SWISS CHEESE
- 2 CUPS PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/2 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP PAPRIKA
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER MILK
- 1/2 CUP COLD WATER
Instructions
- BUTTERFLY CHICKEN BREAST FROM THE CURVED SIDE OF THE BREAST, REFRIGERATE.
- COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, PEPPER, GARLIC AND PAPRIKA, PLACE IN A SHALLOW DISH ( LARGE ENOUGH TO BREAD THE CHICKEN BREAST).
- BLEND BUTTERMILK AND WATER, PLACE IN A SMALL BOWL.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F
- PLACE 1/4 OF THE HAM INSIDE THE SLICE OF SWISS CHEESES, FOLD OVER, PLACE INSIDE CHICKEN BREAST., POUND THE CURVED SIDE EDGE OF THE CHICKEN BREAST TO SEAL IN THE CHEESE AND HAM.
- PLACE STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST, ONE AT A TIME IN THE BUTTERMILK, REMOVE, DRAIN SLIGHTLY, PLACE IN BREAD CRUMBS, COAT COMPLETELY.
- BAKE AT 350°F FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
