Ingredients
  1. 4 EA BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
  2. 4 OZ HAM FINELY SHAVED
  3. 4 SLICES SWISS CHEESE
  4. 2 CUPS PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS
  5. 1/2 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  6. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  7. 1/4 TSP PAPRIKA
  8. 1/2 CUP BUTTER MILK
  9. 1/2 CUP COLD WATER
Instructions
  1. BUTTERFLY CHICKEN BREAST FROM THE CURVED SIDE OF THE BREAST, REFRIGERATE.
  2. COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, PEPPER, GARLIC AND PAPRIKA, PLACE IN A SHALLOW DISH ( LARGE ENOUGH TO BREAD THE CHICKEN BREAST).
  3. BLEND BUTTERMILK AND WATER, PLACE IN A SMALL BOWL.
  4. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F
  5. PLACE 1/4 OF THE HAM INSIDE THE SLICE OF SWISS CHEESES, FOLD OVER, PLACE INSIDE CHICKEN BREAST., POUND THE CURVED SIDE EDGE OF THE CHICKEN BREAST TO SEAL IN THE CHEESE AND HAM.
  6. PLACE STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST, ONE AT A TIME IN THE BUTTERMILK, REMOVE, DRAIN SLIGHTLY, PLACE IN BREAD CRUMBS, COAT COMPLETELY.
  7. BAKE AT 350°F FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
