Ingredients
  1. 1/4 CUP HONEY
  2. 2 TBSP FROZEN ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE THAWED
  3. 1 TSP ORANGE PEEL GRATED
  4. 1 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED
  5. 1/2 TSP SALT
  6. 1/8 TSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES UP TO 1/4 TSP IF DESIRED
  7. 4 EA BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES ABOUT 1 LB
  8. 1 TBSP MARGARINE OR BUTTER
  9. 1/2 TSP VEGETABLE OIL
  10. AS NEEDED FRESH PARSLEY OR GREEN ONIONS OPTIONAL
Instructions
  1. COMBINE HONEY, ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE, ORANGE PEEL, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER FLAKES IN SMALL BOWL.
  2. RINSE CHICKEN UNDER COLD WATER AND PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS.
  3. HEAT BUTTER AND OIL IN LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. ADD CHICKEN AND COOK ABOUT 4 MINUTES OR UNTIL SEARED. TURN CHICKEN AND COOK 4 MINUTES MORE.
  4. POUR HONEY MIXTURE OVER CHICKEN AND COOK, TURNING CHICKEN TO COAT, ABOUT 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL SAUCE BEGINS TO THICKEN.
  5. SERVE CHICKEN WITH HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE SPOONED OVER TOP. GARNISH WITH PARSLEY, IF DESIRED.
