Someone brought these to a church fellowship. My wife asked around until she found who made them. Had to have the recipe!
- 2 STICKS BUTTER SOFTENED
- 2 LG EGGS
- 1 LB BROWN SUGAR
- 2 CUPS SELF RISING FLOWER
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 2 CUPS NUTS CHOPPED
- MIX SOFTENED BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER. ADD EGGS, FLOUR, AND VANILLA. THEN ADD NUTS.
- PLACE IN A 13 X 9 INCH PAN SPRAYED WITH PAM. BAKE AT 325F FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES
- MINI MUFFIN PANS - FILL CUPS 2/3 FULL AND BAKE BETWEEN 15-20 MINUTES.
