Ingredients
- 3/4 CUP BUTTER
- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 3/4 CUP FLOUR
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 1/2 CUPS ROLLED OATS
- 1/2 CUP PECANS CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)
- 1 21 OZ CAN CHERRY PIE FILLING
Instructions
- MIX THE BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR TOGETHER. ADD THE FLOUR, SALT, BAKING SODA AND ROLLED OATS. MIX UNTIL CRUMBLY.
- PRESS HALF OF THE MIXTURE INTO 9" X 13" INCH PAN. ADD THE CAN OF CHERRY PIE FILLING. AND SPREAD IT OVER THE CRUMBS. ADD PECANS TO REMAINING CRUMBS. SPRINKLE WITH THE REMAINING CRUMB MIXTURE.
- BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 350ยบ FOR 25 MINUTES. COOL AND CUT INTO BARS.
