Sausage & Cheese Bread Roll

Ingredients
  1. 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed,
  2. 1 pound of cooked breakfast sausage (can use the pre-cooked sausage crumbles to save time),
  3. 8 to 10 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella
  4. 2 eggs, beaten
  5. 4 Tbsp Melted butter divided, one half to brush bread dough
  6. 1 small diced White onions (sautéed)
Instructions
  1. Thaw bread dough, let double, pop and roll out 24-30 inches long by 8 inches wide.
  2. Combine (cooled) cook sausage, eggs sauteed onions and cheese.
  3. Place filling in the center, about 3 inches from the end. fold over ends, fold over dough close-ist to you, pull in tight to the filling. roll the filled dough away from you until the edge is at the bottom.
  4. Place in a Bundt pan or cookie sheet. Brush with butter, let stand 20 minutes in a warm area to rise.
  5. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes or until done.
Notes
  1. Can use 4 oz cooked bacon
  2. Can use other cheeses if you choose.
