Pecan Puffs

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 CUP BUTTER
  2. 2 TBSP WHITE SUGAR
  3. 1 CUP PECANS CHOPPED
  4. 1 CUP FLOUR SIFTED
  5. 1 TSP VANILLA
Instructions
  1. CREAM BUTTER, ADD SUGAR AND VANILLA. ADD HALF FLOUR, THEN PECANS, AND REMAINDER OF FLOUR. ROLL INTO BALLS. BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. ROLL IN ICING SUGAR WHEN HOT AND AGAIN WHEN COLD. THESE MELT IN YOUR MOUTH AND ALSO FREEZE WELL.
