Is orange juice that important in the diet? A glass of
100 % oranges juice is a great source of vitamins,
minerals and phytonutrients. One half cup is equal to ½
cup of the 2 cups recommended daily for a well balanced
diet. The important thing to remember is choose 100%
orange juice. To determine if the product is 100 % juice,
the container label must state that the product is 100 %
juice. This information is usually included near the
Nutrition Facts panel on the back of the label. Orange
juice should not be your only source of daily fruit intake.
