Ingredients
  1. CHICKEN/MARINADE
  2. 2 EA CHICKEN QUARTERS
  3. 1 1/2 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  4. 1/2 TSP GROUND GINGER
  5. 1 TBSP SESAME OIL
  6. 3 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  7. 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  8. 1/2 TSP SALT
  9. 1/2 MED ONION LARGE DICED
  10. 3 SPICE BLEND (USE 1/2 IN MARINADE & 1/2 FOR BAKING)
  11. 1/8 TSP NUTMEG OR CLOVES
  12. 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  13. 1/4 TSP CINNAMON
Instructions
  1. COMBINE GARLIC, GINGER, SOY SAUCE, OIL, SUGAR AND SALT. MIX TOGETHER NUTMEG, PEPPER AND CINNAMON. ADD ½ OF CINNAMON MIXTURE TO OTHER SPICES IN BOWL. PLACE CHICKEN IN ZIPLOCK BAG; ADD ONIONS. REFRIGERATE FOR 2- 8 HOURS.
  2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. REMOVE CHICKEN FROM MARINADE; PLACE IN A BAKING DISH.
  3. SPRINKLE REMAINING 3 SPICE BLEND ON TOP OF CHICKEN.
  4. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL DONE.
