Ingredients
- CHICKEN/MARINADE
- 2 EA CHICKEN QUARTERS
- 1 1/2 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
- 1/2 TSP GROUND GINGER
- 1 TBSP SESAME OIL
- 3 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 MED ONION LARGE DICED
- 3 SPICE BLEND (USE 1/2 IN MARINADE & 1/2 FOR BAKING)
- 1/8 TSP NUTMEG OR CLOVES
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP CINNAMON
Instructions
- COMBINE GARLIC, GINGER, SOY SAUCE, OIL, SUGAR AND SALT. MIX TOGETHER NUTMEG, PEPPER AND CINNAMON. ADD ½ OF CINNAMON MIXTURE TO OTHER SPICES IN BOWL. PLACE CHICKEN IN ZIPLOCK BAG; ADD ONIONS. REFRIGERATE FOR 2- 8 HOURS.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. REMOVE CHICKEN FROM MARINADE; PLACE IN A BAKING DISH.
- SPRINKLE REMAINING 3 SPICE BLEND ON TOP OF CHICKEN.
- BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL DONE.
