Ingredients
  1. 2 LBS SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS CUT INTO 1 INCH CUBES
  2. 2 CANS FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH
  3. 3 CUPS POTATOES PEELED AND CUBED
  4. 1 CUP ONION CHOPPED
  5. 1 CUP CELERY SLICED
  6. 1 CUP CARROTS THINLY SLICED
  7. 1 TSP PAPRIKA
  8. 1/2 TSP PEPPER
  9. 1/2 TSP RUBBED SAGE
  10. 1/2 TSP THYME DRIED
  11. 6 OZ NO SALT ADDED TOMATO PASTE
  12. 1/4 CUP COLD WATER
  13. 3 TBSP CORNSTARCH
Instructions
  1. IN A SLOW COOKER, COMBINE THE FIRST 11 INGREDIENTS; COVER AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 4 HOURS.
  2. MIX WATER AND CORNSTARCH UNTIL SMOOTH; STIR INTO STEW. COOK, COVERED, 30 MINUTES MORE OR UNTIL THE VEGETABLES ARE TENDER.
