Chicken on a Stick

Ingredients
  1. 4 EA CHICKEN THIGHS
  2. 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  3. 1 TBSP RED WINE VINEGAR
  4. 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  5. 1/4 TSP GROUND GINGER
  6. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  7. 1/4 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
  8. 4 EA 10 - 12 INCH SKEWERS
Instructions
  1. CUT CHICKEN INTO 3 LONG STRIPS EACH. PLACE IN A BOWL OR ZIPLOCK.
  2. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO BOWL OR ZIPLOCK, TOSS CHICKEN AND MARINADE UNTIL COMPLETELY COATED.
  3. MARINATE FOR 1-2 HOURS.
  4. WEAVE 3 CHICKEN STRIPS ON EACH SKEWER.
  5. GRILL ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT 375°F - 450° F, TURNING ABOUT EVERY 3 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
