Ingredients
- 4 EA CHICKEN THIGHS
- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 1 TBSP RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/4 TSP GROUND GINGER
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP GARLIC GRANULATED
- 4 EA 10 - 12 INCH SKEWERS
Instructions
- CUT CHICKEN INTO 3 LONG STRIPS EACH. PLACE IN A BOWL OR ZIPLOCK.
- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO BOWL OR ZIPLOCK, TOSS CHICKEN AND MARINADE UNTIL COMPLETELY COATED.
- MARINATE FOR 1-2 HOURS.
- WEAVE 3 CHICKEN STRIPS ON EACH SKEWER.
- GRILL ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT 375°F - 450° F, TURNING ABOUT EVERY 3 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
