This is a different method that has a great flavor! You have to give this one a try!

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz pasta - dry shells, bow ties, elbow (your choice)
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 2 qts water
  4. 2 cups milk
  5. 1-3/4 cups, plus 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  6. 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
  8. 2 eggs
  9. Parsley (for garnish)
  10. Paprika (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta until "Al dente" in boiling salted water.
  2. Combine milk, 1-3/4 cups cheese, salt, pepper, mustard and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Place hot drained noodles in a 9" X 11" casserole dish.
  4. Pour milk mixture over noodles. Stir to distribute cheese evenly.
  5. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Garnish with parsley and paprika, and bake an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
