Parsley Buttered Potatoes

Great way to prepare canned potatoes!

Ingredients
- Whole, small white potatoes, 16 oz can 1 each
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Granulated garlic 1/4 tsp
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- Parsley flakes 1 tsp
Instructions
- Open the potatoes drain the liquid, refill the can with water, drain that water. Place in a baking dish
- Sprinkle the spices over the potatoes.
- Melt the butter, pour over potatoes, toss lightly to coat potatoes.
- Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 350F.

My daughter is going to make tWO pans of parsley potatoes.A gallon of potatoes in each pan.How does she do this.Do you have a recipe.Ty HELP
I have made 100’s of large pans of these potatoes over the years. I go by sight because I make them so often. Use 1/2 stick of butter per large can. 3 Tbsp. parsley, 1 Tbsp. Granulated garlic, 1 Tbsp. salt, 1-1/2 tsp. pepper. Toss well, taste adjust as needed. I cook until I get some brown edges on the potatoes . Not all the way brown or they will be dry. Enjoy!!
