Parsley Buttered Potatoes
Great way to prepare canned potatoes!
  1. Whole, small white potatoes, 16 oz can 1 each
  2. Butter 1 tbsp
  3. Granulated garlic 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt To taste
  5. Pepper To taste
  6. Parsley flakes 1 tsp
  1. Open the potatoes drain the liquid, refill the can with water, drain that water. Place in a baking dish
  2. Sprinkle the spices over the potatoes.
  3. Melt the butter, pour over potatoes, toss lightly to coat potatoes.
  4. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 350F.
