Cheesy Grits
Grits are great, adding cheese makes them greater!

Ingredients
  1. Water, boiling 2 cups
  2. Salt 2 pinches
  3. Grits, quick 1/2 cup
  4. Cheese, shredded sharp cheddar 1 cup
  5. or processed cheese spread cubes
Instructions
  1. Add salt and grits to boiling water, stir constantly until well dissolved., reduce heat, cover, stir occasionally until thick, 4 - 5 minutes.
  2. Add cheese into grits, stir well. Cover to allow cheese to melt.
