The Bakers Square is a Christian family-owned operation, and they prepare homemade meals daily. They are located in the historic district of New Bern, NC, which is a very popular destination for both visitors and locals.

My wife and I went down to the historical district for a one-night getaway back in 2004. We stopped to eat at The Bakers Square for dinner, but the wait was long, so we came back for lunch the next day. Great meal, fair price, good portions.

We stopped to check out the bakery in May of 2011, tried a muffin and a cookie. Great job!
