Jennifer and Wayne the owners have made it a very warm and inviting place to visit. Jennifer was an interior designer before opening the mercantile and bakery. Her artistic ability beckons you from the outside yard displays and porch to the inside gift area.
We stopped on a Sunday afternoon about 5:20 PM. They were just about ready to close up and the last of the sweet sensations were being bought by some customers. We got some pictures just before the sweets disappeared. Jennifer and Wayne were a delight to talk with and made the stop worth it just to meet them.
We tried a slice of pumpkin bread, great taste! Keep up the good work!!
