The owners are of Czech decent and offer many tradition Czech baked goods.

Vanocka ( Braided Bread), Coklada(Chocolate Log), Klabasniki (sausage roll) and Zavin (strudel)

They also have many other pastries such as the kolache (a circular roll), filled with , cheese, or poppy seed: taken from the Czech kola, meaning wheel or roll.

Assorted breads, cookies and pies are beautifully displayed.

Known as the “Best Czech Bakery in Texas”

Debbie and I had a kolache, Sausage roll, a couple cookies, everything was great!
