(from their website) Dominic Geraghty has been an executive chef for over 30 years serving delicacies in places as far away as New Mexico, Alaska, California, Massachusetts, Scotland, and his native home of England.

The chef creates several pies, tarts  and cakes that can be purchased by the slice or whole.

Pies – apple, blueberry, strawberry-rhubard, peach, bumbleberry, cherry, chocolate peanut butter, pecan and pumpkin.

Tarts – Fresh fruit Galette, orange & chocolate , pear & chocolate, Bakewell tart, lemon curd.

Cakes – Marmalade & Ricotta cheese cake, Guinness chocolate cake, Queen Victoria sponge cake.
