Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (or you can make one from scratch)
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together in a medium bowl. Add eggs, mix well.
- Add pecans, raisins, coconut, and vinegar; stir until well combined.
- Unroll pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie plate; flute edges as desired. Pour pie mixture into pie shell.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes.
